How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in the Albany area?
Most 2-car garages with a full-broadcast flake system run around $3,500, depending on size and slab condition. Use the online estimator for a range for your floor; we confirm the exact price after a free on-site measure.
How long does installation take?
Most garages are done in one to two days. You can walk on the floor the next day and park on it after about 48–72 hours, depending on temperature.
Will it peel like the epoxy kits from the store?
No. Store kits are thin, water-based paint over an acid-etched slab, so they lift under hot tires. We diamond-grind the concrete, repair cracks, and install a professional-grade multi-coat system that bonds into the slab.
Is an epoxy floor slippery?
Flake floors have a natural texture. For extra grip we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat on request — a good idea for entries, ramps and basements.
Can you coat a floor in the winter?
Yes. Basements and heated garages can be done year-round. For unheated garages we use fast-curing polyaspartic topcoats that work in cooler temperatures, and we'll tell you honestly if a day is too cold.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — residential floor systems come with a 5-year warranty against peeling and delamination. Commercial terms depend on the system and use.
